The period of “the 12th Five-year Plan” is an extraordinary period for DFM's development. Under the strong leadership of our Party Central Committee and the State Council, we have overcome one difficulty after another and made one achievement after another. DFM's comprehensive strength and core competitiveness have been significantly enhanced and the scientific level of its party building has reached a new level.

2015 is an important year for DFM in ending the "the 12th Five-year Plan" and scientific planning of development during “the 13th Five-year Plan”. Faced with severe and complicated business situation and the arduous tasks of reform and development, the entire company got united to overcome difficulties, took the initiative to adapt to the new normal economic development and properly handled various risks and challenges to promote new development of the company’s causes. Focusing on the objective and task of "ensuring growth", we strived to improve quality and efficiency and achieved annual sales of 3,872,500 vehicles to complete the annual target with a realistic attitude and lay a solid foundation for the good start of “the 13th Five-year Plan”. We accelerated the implementation of our innovation-driven strategy and made positive progress in our independent causes. We stepped up the pace of international development and pushed further openness of cooperation. We comprehensively deepened reform of the state-owned enterprise and carried out reform and restructuring in an orderly manner. We strengthened the party's leadership over the state enterprise, thoroughly implemented the requirements of strictly administering the party, earnestly carried out special education on the “Three Stricts and Three Steadies”, continuously deepened clean government and anti-corruption work and made new achievements in style construction. We strived to practice "harmony" cultural strategy and actively fulfilled our social responsibilities to further enhance the soft power system of the company.

The period of “the 13th Five-year Plan” is the run-off stage for completion of a comprehensive well-off society and a critical stage to achieve DFM dream. We must assume greater responsibility, shoulder the heavy mission history entrusted to us, always maintain the entrepreneurial passion, beat the marching drum and struggle to open a new journey for development of DFM career.

2016 is the first year for the DFM’s "The 13th Five-Year Plan" and a magnificent picture of the next five years will spread from this year. In the new year, we need to thoroughly implement the spirits of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Third, Fourth and Fifth plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee, implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, study and implement the spirit in the series of important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping, firmly establish the development concept of “innovation, harmonization, green, openness and sharing”, adhere to the central work of improving operational quality and efficiency, comprehensively promote the various work of innovation-driven international development, deepening reform, governing the enterprise in accordance with laws, strengthening party discipline, corporate culture construction, workforce and talent team construction to promote healthy and steady development of DFM and strive to achieve a good start for “the 13th Five-year Plan”.
